Shipping policy

Due to chocolate’s sensitivity to changes in temperature, we ship our chocolate priority and calculate that it will arrive in 3 days, therefore we only send shipments out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We will always try our best to insulate the chocolate according to the transit time and/or temperatures at the time of order. Please track your package so it is not left sitting on a hot porch or a P.O. Box for too long during the summer months, as it will definitely melt and/or bloom. We prefer to not ship to P.O.Boxes, however, if this is the only option, we won’t be responsible for melted chocolate bars.

If you’re a chocolate lover (like us!), we highly recommend stocking up on chocolate for the summer around April. We reserve the right to change shipping prices during summer due to the necessary use of cooling material, such as ice packs. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We recommend stocking up for summer in Spring, as customs regulations make it hard to use ice packs, therefore we won't use them. Customer is responsible for all customs fees, including taxes, tariffs and clearance.
